Parent and Tot Drop-In
Bring your little one for free play and connect with other parents in the same season of life. Enjoy our brand new indoor playplace, totally free!

Birthday Party Financial Assistance
We believe every child deserves the chance to celebrate their birthday in a joyful and memorable way.
This program helps make birthday party rentals more accessible for families experiencing financial challenges. Funding is made available through paid birthday party rentals, and the generous donations from our Peoples Church community members. Applications are kept private and reviewed with care and respect.
Funding and available party dates are limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee approval. We will do our best to support as many families as possible.

RENTALS
Book your next celebration here
Party rentals at Peoples PlayPlace are available in 3–4 month booking blocks, with each block opening about one month before the first available rental date. All bookings are made online and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
For $300, your group receives 2 hours of private access to the PlayPlace, meaning your family and guests are the only ones using the space during your rental. Party rentals are currently offered on Saturdays.
This is a fun, active, and memorable way to celebrate birthdays and special occasions in a space designed for movement and play.
Party rentals are currently open for Saturdays in October–December.

Common Booking Questions

Party rentals are $300 and include private use of the play place and party room, furnished with six rectangular tables and 32 chairs. A personal party host is also included to assist with setup, cleanup, and ensuring facility guidelines are followed. Please note that party hosts do not supervise children; parents or guardians are responsible for supervision at all times. A portion of the proceeds from each party rental also helps make party rentals available to families in need.

Party rentals are booked online and are available on a first-come, first-served basis during each open booking window.

Each rental includes 2 hours of private access to the party room and PlayPlace. You will receive access to the party room 30 minutes before the designated party time to set up, as well as an additional 15-minute grace period after the party ends to clean up.

A maximum of 20 children may use the PlayPlace at a time. The party room can seat up to 36 people total, including adults.

Our playplace is recommended for kids ages 2–11, with a toddler area for ages 2–3 and a main play
area for ages 4–11. These separate areas help ensure that younger and older children can play
safely. Adults may enter the play structures to assist or retrieve a child, but are not permitted to
actively use the equipment.

Outside food and drinks are welcome but must be served in the party room. No food or drinks are
allowed in the play area. Guests will have access to a fridge and sink, but no access to a microwave
or oven. Guests must provide their own tablecloths, plates, napkins, and utensils, etc. Foods
containing peanuts or tree nuts are not permitted to keep the space safe for children with allergies.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling is permitted only if another date is available and cannot be guaranteed.
